Help people find the right information

Check your venue’s OpenStreetMap record for its name, public website, booking phone, address and position. Only add accurate details you are authorised to publish. A tagged record does not immediately update this snapshot; contact the site operator about a listing issue or a future refresh. Listings are not claimed or verified by this site.

A separate tool for managing bookings

Our operator, Yolleg Ltd, also runs Village Hall Booking: a paid service with room calendars, hire requests, invoices and committee roles. It is a separate product with its own prices and terms. Directory listings are not enrolled in it, and a link here does not connect or publish any existing hall’s private records.

Own-business referral. The public directory remains free to search and has no paid listing order at launch.

Before adding software

Agree who handles enquiries, who confirms a booking and how the current diary is kept. Set out room layouts, included equipment, set-up/clearing time, rates and cancellation conditions. A consistent process is useful even without a new tool.
