Separate the hire cost from money you may get back. Enter the venue’s hourly rate, the time you need and any extras.
This is arithmetic from your own figures, not a venue quote or a typical-price estimate. For session rates or different rates by hour, ask for a complete quote instead.
Remember the hours either side.
A four-hour party may also need time to arrange tables and clean afterwards. Include that time if the venue charges for it. Do not count those hours twice if they are already included in the quoted session price.
